Web planning solution

(interfaced with Microsoft Dynamics NAV – also available in exclusive mode)

NAVESIDE Planning is a graphical software web interface allowing you to manage your resources (people and machines), to create jobs and to generate internal orders relating to this work.

Naveside - Planning has been developed entirely using a web interface and open code programming, which means that it can be very easily and quickly personalised and integrated into your ERP or any other Back Office layer.

• The lines show the principal resources that you need to plan for (e.g. trucks),
• The columns show the different days covered by the schedule
  
• The lower left-hand table shows a list of your customers
  
• The lower middle table shows a list of secondary resources (e.g. drivers),
• The lower right-hand table shows a list of accessories relating to the main resources (e.g. cable)
• The masked columns allow you to add the properties of the various main resources
  

The categories of your principal resources are shown either as links or on drop-down menus

Colour codes show you whether or not a resource is available on the date of your schedule

You can automatically generate new jobs linked to the original one for other departments (e.g. location of a crane that needs be transported - the job location automatically creates a job request for the transport planner)

browsing features!

Naveside is available in 2 versions: either exclusive mode or a mode integrated with other ERP applications (MD NAV, etc.)

You can print out multiple reports (task lists sorted by person or machine, organised schedule, building site statistics; etc.)
